It Started With One Rollout (That Went Way Too Long)
A few years back, we were helping a logistics team launch a new delivery platform. The software was great. The plan was airtight. The phones?
Total chaos.
Every device behaved a little differently. Updates rolled out mid-demo. The team burned an entire weekend trying to get things “just right.” And by Monday, users were still stuck on setup screens.
We realized something: the hardware wasn’t the problem.
The lack of control was.
So we started experimenting — first with scripting, then with imaging, then with full-stack prep.
Next thing we knew, people started asking us if we could just… do it for them too.
